A senior strategic executive and cross-continental entrepreneur with 25+ years of in-depth leadership experience in global finance, corporate restructuring, and cross-border commercial operations. He has a proven track record of independently managing hundreds of millions of dollars in global assets and successfully delivering 40+ corporate turnaround and industrial restructuring projects across multiple industries.

His professional career includes senior investment management roles at top-tier Wall Street financial institutions, as well as C-suite executive positions — including CEO, CFO, and Chairman — for multiple listed and private enterprises. He has provided professional IPO advisory, investor relations management, and crisis restructuring solutions for more than 80 enterprises.

Expanding his cross-industry presence, the founder pioneered local international education development, launching the first full-service English immersion international education hub in Shangrao, China, and building a mature global institutional education partnership network. Today, his cross-disciplinary expertise in finance, corporate management, cross-border business, and international education fully empowers the overall operations and service output of ¥€$ Group and its four core divisions.
